Question:

So between the Torklift or Timbren systems, which is better? I'm looking at both for my 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD that's getting some sag when towing.

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT350J would be my recommendation. These are designed to improve handling and safety by becoming more rigid with weight added. This will help increase stability, reduce the sag you mentioned, and each spring works independently to reduce body roll with uneven loads. These are simple to install to the 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty frame with no drilling or welding. You can adjust height with the included washers too.
