Question:

I have a 2017 Dodge promaster with a step up in the back. Is this hitch compatible with the step up? Thanks

Thank you for the picture. Unfortunately, there isn't going to be a hitch for the 2017 Ram ProMaster 3500 that is compatible with that step. Even something like the Draw-Tite # 75882 which hangs down a little bit further than the Curt # C13295 is going to have the receiver blocked slightly by the step on the rear of your ProMaster.

What you could do is remove the rear step and replace it with a hitch mounted step like the WeatherTech BumpStep Hitch-Mounted Bumper Protector and Step for 2" Hitches # WT81BS1 and use that whenever you don't have a trailer attached to your van.
