For the rear axle of your 2019 Fourwind that's built on a Ford E-450 chassis the SumoSprings part #SSR-130-54 would be a great option that's confirmed to fit. Then for the front axle you'd want the part #SSF-106-47 and you'd be set.

I checked with SumoSprings and they told me without the spacer the #SSR-130-54 is 5 inches tall and with the spacer is 6 inches tall.
