Question:
I recently upgraded from a 2016 Chevy 2500 to a 2020 Chevy 2500 HD LTZ short bed. What 5W hitch do you recommend to pull a 17K High Country 380TH? I did not get the factory prep package.

The 20,000 lb rated B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W along with the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1020-5W is your best option for towing your Keystone Montana High Country 5th Wheel.
The Companion features superior 1 inch thick dual jaws which completely wrap around the king pin, providing an excellent connection. Its fully articulating head and built in polyurethane bushings minimize rattling and chucking to offer the best ride quality. The head can also be removed to make it easier to remove the hitch when you want to free up your bed.
The underbed installation rails # BWGNRK1020-5W double up as a gooseneck hitch as well so it offers you the versatility of towing either style of trailer.
The B&W Companion has built a reputation for being a high-quality, long lasting hitch which is proudly made in the USA, making it a customer favorite.
To add a 7-way connection inside your bed, I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 50-97-410.
