Replacing 27 Inch Wide Double ABS Sink With Stainless Steel Sink In Trailer

Updated 11/05/2019 | Published 11/04/2019

Question:

Kitchen sink in a fifth wheel RV I need a 27 5/8 stainless steel double sink 18 gauge and it needs to be 14 1/8 faucet down. I’m having professionals come tomorrow but I want to chose the sink. I have the faucet purchased and hope they can work with that. I’m just having problems finding a sink to fix. Or does this mean I must redo the counter as well?

I do have options for you in the Better Bath Double Bowl RV Kitchen Sink part # LC388412 for example which is 27-1/8" long x 16-1/8" wide x 6-1/4" deep and is made of 20-gauge stainless steel but I am not sure if you are going to find one with the exact requirements you have listed. That said, the depth of the sink and gauge of steel used would not really be an issue for most installations. The overall dimensions I also do not think there would be an issue with as most under-mount sink brackets are adjustable therefore no modifications to the counter top should be needed. I am sure any professional would be able to install the above sink for you without issue.

I have attached a list of our other stainless-steel sink options for you to take a look at as well.
