I’m looking to change the factory 4way/ 7way connector to an EZ connect plug . I want to mount the EZ connect in the factory hole in the bumper where the 4Way / 7 way is mounted. Is there an option to do this? It doesn’t look like it will mount up the same way.

We have the EZ Connector # 319-S7-06 which is designed to fit the standard 4-bolt 7-way mounting flanges which would be the easiest fit to replace the 7-way of your 2019 Ram 3500.
Then for your trailer side 7-way you'd want the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector with 6' Long Cable # 319-S7-07-6 and you'd be set.
