How Far Apart Should Trailer Suspension Hangers Be When Installing Them

Question:
Hello. I have purchased the APS2 Hanger Kit and I am needing to know the distance between the front and back hangers to complete the weld install. This kit will be mounted to 26inch double eye springs. Can you please email me an installation measurement diagram for these hangers? Thank you!

When mounting trailer suspension hangers like the # APS2 on a single axle trailer the key is to take the length of the spring from eye to eye and subtract 1/4 inch to determine where to place them apart. So for a 26 inch long leaf spring the distance you'd need to use when mounting the hangers would be 25-3/4 inches and you'd be set!
