I have a 2018 Silverado with 6.5 bed. Which way should the hole face

The orientation of the kingpin coupler block that comes with a Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter like part # AM3200 really depends on which pin box you have on your trailer but in order to obtain the most turning clearance you will want to install the coupler block so that the opening faces the vehicle which as you can see is position one in the attached photo.
