If you're fumbling with old paddle latches on your door, get a grip with European styling. Squeeze latch is comfortable for those with large hands and reduces risk of chipping manicured nails. Fits in standard cutouts for entrance handles.

You guys are great the shipper usps sent my part to Maryland I leave in New Mexico showed in my state then the next thing it was on a plane to Maryland etrailer was a bit unconcerned but the part was correct when I received it
The product is excellent! It would be nice if there was a keyless entry version for this door lock, but sadly there is not.

I recently purchased a 2020 Keystone Cougar Half ton. It has the Bauer European style entry door lock. Unfortunately while on out boon docking at a state park we discovered that the deadbolt would not work. So we simply used the lower key lock to secure our fifth wheel while sleeping.
My Bauer entry part number was BP-29. I measured my BP-29 and called etrailer and confirmed that this BA26AR would work. It arrived a day earlier than expected. The replacement took about 5 minutes and was very easy to install. Madison at etrailer was very helpful.
Product is good. I have to send back due to wrong size.
I have to return this product because it will not fit my RV door.

Our new Bauer door latch is working as good today as it did the day we installed it. It’s been about a year and we are full timer campers. We have had three grandkids with us for 9 of those months. All that to say, it has gotten quite a bit of use. I would recommend this product to you if you want to UPGRADE your door latch

Still working well after a year. Operation and locking mechanism is smooth and positive. Be aware that your folding stair railing may not lay flat given the height of the door handle.
This door latch works smoothly and is so much better than the original latch that came with our camper.
Quality product. Easy installation as it fit directly into the original lock cut out.
The lock was easy to install, good instructions, its has a strong build and it is performing very well.
One of our door locks broke and we decided to upgrade both to these and love them. Having them keyed alike was a nice bonus as our old ones weren't. Mechanism works so smoothly.
If the latch handle drives you crazy! Replace it with this! Best upgrade yet! Super easy to open and close

These locks work much better than the stock factory side pull handle. Safeer too
since we have to grip the handle instead of pull which eliminates hand sliping off handle resulting in us falling backwards. That's why we purchased and changed locks.

Installed on my 2012 Cougar. What a difference this handle makes. Now, by using my whole hand, it is much easier to open my door. It fit easily, and was installed in less than 20 min., including swapping the old rusty catch with the new and more secure one that was supplied. Looks and feels much more solid than the original. I would definitely recommend this RV door lock, and would purchase it again.

I replaced a hard to open door latch with this Handle and latch from Bauer. It is like a new door! The handle and locks are easy to hold and manipulate with weak hands. I get a comment every time someone touches it while entering our 5th wheel. I wasnt sure it would fit in the existing hole, but I was pleasantly surprised that it went in so easy! DO THIS UPGRADE!
