I do have a great option for you, however the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller # TK90160 is only compatible with electric brakes and will not work with electric-over-hydraulic systems.
For a similarly-priced proportional controller that is compatible with both electric and electric-over-hydraulic brakes, I highly recommend the Curt TriFlex # C24VV. This is also a proportional controller so it will apply the brakes at the same time and with the same intensity as the brake pedal in your tow vehicle.
