Yes sir, Brian.

The Buyers Products LED Light Strip # 3375621827 will work with a dimmer switch. I would pair it with the JR Products LED Dimmer Switch # 37205-12315, which is designed for 12V DC LED lighting in RVs. The Buyers light only draws 0.41 amps, so it's well within the dimmer's capacity.

We also have a few alternatives with dimming capabilities:

Optronics Opti-Brite # ILL78CBB – A 9" LED strip compatible with the JR Products dimmer.

Diamond LED Strip # DIA76QR – A 16' flexible LED strip with an included dimming remote.

Diamond Puck Light # VAL64MB – A compact warm-white light with a built-in dimmer.

What is this going in? A trailer of some sort?
