I'm looking for the best hidden hitch to mount a bike rack on my 2022 Tesla Model 3. I was wondering if you could let me know what the best one and a rack that would work?

The best option for a hidden trailer hitch receiver for your 2022 Tesla Model 3 is from EcoHitch, with the correct part number for your '22 Model 3 being the following:
- EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH84GR
The Stealth has a completely hidden crosstube, and not only that, you can actually remove the receiver entirely when you aren't using it, so there is no trace of a hitch at all on your '22 Model 3. It is also one of just two hitches for your Model 3 with a 2" receiver, along with the Stealth Hitches # 391TES317. So while both give you the best options for a bike rack, the difference is the EcoHitch is a better value than the Stealth, giving you the same quality at a better price.
The only other thing I recommend, if you do plan on removing the receiver on the EcoHitch Stealth # EH84GR, is covering it with the Undercover Access Hole Cover # 306-XA2002.
