In order to secure a fifth wheel trailer you can use the Blaylock EZ Lock King Pin Lock for 5th Wheel Trailers part # BLTL-70-40D which attaches to the bottom of the kingpin and would then prevent anyone from being able to couple the trailer without first removing the lock. Please note, you will need to have the kingpin coupler block removed from the pin box but there is not an alternative as they do not offer a lock that will work along with this. If you really wanted to step up security you could install the Linxup GPS Tracking Device part # 300-AT3-S that way you would still be protected even if the lock was somehow removed though this is not easily done.
