I want to pull my gooseneck with a semi truck. Will I still have to Block the fifth wheel plate level so it wont rock back and fourth?

You would not have to block out the fifth wheel plate of your hitch to prevent movement if you were use a fifth wheel to gooseneck adapter # KPG5-Q25-IP. The head of the hitch can move when using adapters like this.
