Could Swagman Bike Rack Cover #S24FR Fit on Swagman E-Spec E-Bike Carrier

Question:

Will the Swagman Bike Rack Cover #S82006 work on the Swagman E-SPEC 2-Electric Bike carrier #S64689? Also, If the bike cover fits over and around the trailer hitch, does that mean that when you are driving the vehicle with no bikes mounted that the bike cover would have to be removed - meaning youd have to remove the entire bike carrier from the vehicle to do so?! Or is there a way to roll up and secure the bike cover on the empty bike carrier?

The Swagman bike rack cover part # S24FR would fit on the Swagman E-SPEC 2-Electric Bike carrier # S94FR that you referenced as this is one of the styles of bike rack it was designed to fit.

This cover does install on racks in the way you described where the shank of the rack fits through a smaller hole in the cover which then inserts into the hitch. While this does mean that to remove the cover you have to remove the rack first it does allow the cover to fit very securely and prevents it from coming unattached from the hitch/rack. There isn't a secure enough way that we could could recommend that would allow the cover to be secured to the rack.
