The correct leg kit to fit the E16 head part # C16515 that you referenced is the part # C16903 as the head part # C16920 that you referenced only fits the A16 hitches.

The leg kit does not come with the bolts needed to secure to the head. For that you'd need the # C16115-SK8 as well which comes with all install hardware needed.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
