Need to know part number for broken peice.

It sounds like you're looking for a replacement internal component for an older/discontinued Lippert electric jack like model number 1817941.
According to Lippert, the internal components are not serviceable on these types of jacks, which means they are not available separately or even have a part number assigned to them.
When something like that fails, it's just safer to replace the entire unit as other integral parts tend to go soon after. The only solution is to replace your jack altogether. Lippert's new version is # LC285318.
Or, for a comparable 3,500 lb capacity jack at a much lower price point you can use our etrailer.com Electric Jack with Footplate # EJ-3520-WBX (white) or # EJ-3520-BBX (black) which comes with a 1-year warranty just like the Lippert jack.
I have attached a review video for you to check out.
