Will these parts fit on the Thule DoubleTrack 990XT 2-bike carrier? I need the hex screw that secures the 2-inch adapter sleeve to the bike carrier so it can go into my 2-inch trailer hitch. Does this part come with the hex screw?

The Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack #TH23JV is not compatible with any type of adapter like the #TH8523185001 to use on a 2" receiver. Instead you would need the Replacement Lower Assembly #TH37MY to make it into the Rack #TH83JV.
