Troubleshooting Poor FM Signal with Furrion RV Stereo # DV1230BL

Question:
DV1230BL Pour FM radio performance. Any suggestion on how to improve it. It came in my new Jayco eagle TT. Thanks!

The only thing I can think of that would disrupt the FM radio performance on your Furrion RV Stereo # DV1230BL is that the antenna cable isn't secured properly and may just have a loose connection to the jack. On the back of the stereo there should be a blue cable going to the antenna jack, which is located on the lower left hand portion of the unit. I have attached an image to assist.
Make sure the cable is securely attached and this should hopefully clear up the signal.
