Determining the correct amount of air pressure you should put in bags like the Air Lift kit part # AL57338 isn't an exact science but the goal is to provide the support you need while balancing ride quality as too much pressure makes the ride quality pretty rough. The best way we've found is to inflate the bags to the point where the rear suspension sits very near level like it was without the weight of a trailer. I'd also recommend experimenting with raising and lower the pressure till you find what feels like the "sweet spot" of support and ride quality. Since you have an Air Lift compressor kit like the part # AL25690 this would be pretty easy to do while towing.
