Dexter brake shoes like the 10" Nev-R-Adjust # K71-681 and # K71-682 are indeed typically compatible with Lippert Electric Brake Assemblies. I reached out to my contact at AxleTek, who is the main supplier of trailer brakes to Lippert, and he confirmed compatibility.
The only potential issue is that occasionally Lippert switches up who they use to manufacturer their trailer brakes. This is fairly easy to determine though as incompatible assemblies would look physically different. Simply compare the Dexter brake shoes using the pictures on our product page to your existing shoes - if they look the same then they will work perfectly. There's a pretty noticeable difference between these types of shoes and those from other manufacturers that wouldn't work as replacements.
You might also look at the brake assemblies themselves on your trailer. If you can see AxleTek stamped anywhere then you're good to go. Depending on the age of the brakes though this could be worn off.
