Question:

Hello, Can you point me to a link online where I can purchase rivets to attach the keel pad CE16870? I dont actually need the keel pad. Im trying to find a rivet that I can use to re-attach the keel pad in the attached picture. I would purchase a keel pad if I needed to do so to also obtain the necessary rivets. Also, is there a tool for installing the rivets or do I just hammer them in somehow? Thanks! Bruce

I do have an option for you but the cross member in your attached photo appears to be made of steel tubing which means there would be no access inside to attach a rivet for the CE Smith Crossmember Pad part # CE16870. That said, there are plenty of other fasteners you can use to attach these. I recommend standard self-tapping screws like part # FA1131822 as this will be easiest.
