Will the Yates Keel Pad # YR1203SY Fit on a Crossmember with a Bend

Question:

i need to replace keel pad on performance trailer and the cross members are curved will this pad bend to fit the cross member bend ?

The Yates keel pad, # YR1203SY, is pliable but still fairly rigid. It can bend some but if it needs to bend too much it might not stay secure. The ambient temperature also affects it. It is less pliable when cold. It also bends up at the ends a little easier than down at the ends due to the ribbed design on the bottom side. I made a short video that shows the flexibility for you.
