How do you get the old lenses out? Mine seem to have fused themselves in.

If you are referring to the Replacement Lenses and Housings for Westin Molded, Lighted Running Boards part # 27-9904 then these are held in place by two tabs which you can see at the top of the light. In order to remove and replace these assemblies you will need to go from behind the running boards and pinch the tabs in while pushing out on the light. The actual lens cannot be removed but you can replace the light assembly using the method above.
