I ordered MJSQ-2500B yesterday, to replace my Ram rusted out jack on my boat trailer. wanted to know who is the manufacture? is there a Swivel Jack model that is similar? and is there a wheel that fits this model? Thanks

The etrailer.com jack part # MJSQ-2500B is made by RAM jacks like the jack you have now. The most similar swivel jack with a wheel caster would be the etrailer.com part # MJ-1200B which has a 1,200 lb capacity, a wheel like you want, and swivels like you want it to as well.
