Are they a replaceable bulb or do I need a new tail light

I have a solution for you, but from what I was able to find out the old Wesbar lights on your trailer cannot have the bulbs replaced on them because of the clear plastic cover and red gasket you mentioned in your email. You will be able to use the Wesbar # 403026 (driver's side) and # 403076 (passenger side) to serve as a replacement. These are 8 function lights that are fully submersible to safely function on your boat trailer.
