Question:
Why would I want a time delayed 39523 opposed to a none time delay 90185. Also is the Prodigy P2 still available. I,m pulling a 16foot double axle with an 07 Toyota Tundra with a tow package. Thanks in advance

The main difference between a time delayed brake controller like the Tekonsha PowerTrac # 39523 and a proportional brake controller like the Tekonsha P2 # 90885 is that a time delayed brake controller has no internal parts that sense the braking of the tow vehicle; for this reason they can be mounted on any angle. Proportional brake controllers have internal mechanisms that sense the braking of the tow vehicle and provide a smoother braking compared to a time delayed controller.
The Prodigy P2 is still available and is a great choice for your 2007 Toyota Tundra. If your 2007 Tundra does not have the factory tow package equipped, you need the trailer brake wiring harness # 20127 to help wire the harness into the wires under your dashboard.
