Does item TLA-7834 come in white? What is the outside dimensions of the steps in the folded position? Thanks

The TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear # TLA7834 only comes in the silver color with the black brackets. The overall folded dimensions are 14" High x 23-1/4" Wide x 11" Deep which includes the bracket and landing feet (see attached photo).
