TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps Not Level When Stored

Question:
Noticed that my Torklift Glowstep Stow and Go scissor black 4 step, I have noticed that the left side is lower than the right and not level when stored. Is there an adjustment I can make to level out the steps when stored? They are locked up on both sides when stored.

I spoke to TorkLift about the issue you're having with the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps part # TLA7834 and they informed me to inform you to tighten the hinge tension on the side that's sagging. I have attached for you below the steps outlined in the owner's manual which details the process.
