If the towing capacity of your 2014 Ford F-150 is greater than the weight of the Hyundai Sonata then yes, you can tow it. It looks like your towing capacity will be between 7,500 lbs to 9,300 lbs depending on wheelbase and axle ratio so that should be plenty for the Sonata but if you using a trailer you will need to factor that into the above as well.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch for your F-150 then I recommend using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13368. If you can let me know how you plan to transport the Sonata (trailer/dolly/flat) I may have other recommendations for you as well.
