The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519339 is actually a custom fit for your 2020 Jeep Gladiator (if you have a Rubicon with the factory steel bumper) and it does not require any drilling into the vehicle frame. I have attached the installation instructions to this page for you to check out.

If you don't already have everything you need for towing your Gladiator then I also recommend using the Demco Dominator # DM9511008 because it has an aluminum construction so you know it will last. This comes with safety cables and when paired with the Demco Tow Bar Combo Kit # DM9523057 you get locks, a cover, and all of the wiring necessary for your tail lights to operate while flat towing.

For a braking system I recommend the SMI # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes or # SM99251 for hydraulic brakes because they are a one-time installation, you hardly notice they are even there when not towing because they install out of the way, and best of all they are extremely easy to set up after the initial installation.
