Does Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit Work With Factory Steel Bumpers And Winch On 2021 Jeep Wrangler

2 questions 1. does this Demco base plate allow for a winch tray to be installed? 2. what adapters are needed to use my existing Blue Ox Alpha tow bar? Note: I have a 2021 wrangler with steel bumpers...I was going to order the BX1139, but subsequently found out that there would be a conflict with the attach points of a winch and my baseplate. The attached photo shows that what I need to do is possible...steel bumpers/winch/tow baseplate.

The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519339 you referenced will work on your 2021 Jeep Wrangler with factory steel bumpers and a winch. The base plate kit will install under the bumper and the brackets will not interfere with the winch as seen in the included photo.
To be able to use your Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 with the Demco # DM9519339 you will need the Adapter for Blue Ox Tow Bars to Demco Tabless Base Plates # DM9523127.
You will also need wiring for lighting which I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which you can see being installed in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler in the included video.
If you do not have a supplemental braking system I highly recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which for your Jeep will require 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332. This Proportinal braking system is popular due to it's simple install and that it can easy be removed or reinstalled when you are ready to flat tow your vehicle.
It is always a good idea to check your vehicle's owners manual for the required steps to make your vehicle flat tow ready.
