Repacement Roof Vent Operator for MaxxAir 00-05100K

Will this part work in a model 5100? Attached is a photo of the part that needs to be replaced. Thanks

The Replacement MaxxAir Operator Mechanism # MA10-20281K-1AF you referenced is compatible with MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus # MA00-04500K and MaxxAir Deluxe # MA00-07000K or # MA00-07500K powered lift roof vent.

As long as the center drive is hexagonal, the correct replacement operator for your MaxxAir Roof Vent model # MA00-05100K is item # MA10-20281K-3CF. Take a look at the vent assembly diagram on page 4 of the Repair Parts List document I have attached for you.

If you have an older model with a square drive then the only solution is to replace both the operator mechanism and the lifter arm. The correct lifter arm replacement is # MA10-20222KS.
