Question:

Thanks for the information on above bed puck system gooseneck adapter thats a pretty good option, is there a underbed ball that works with RP30073 . I was st wondering I have not installed under bed puck system just yet, weighting out my options first. Do you know of a system that is both puck and gooseneck underbed rail connection.

Yes, the Elite Rail Kit adapter part # RP30845 does fit the Reese Elite rail kit part # RP30073 that you referenced. This adapter has a 25k capacity as well.

The underbed rail kit part # RP30073 is the correct rail kit for your 2006 Ford F-350 as well but it sounds like you have that already installed.

The only way you'd be able to tow a gooseneck hitch with an Elite rail kit part # RP30073 is with the gooseneck hitch adapter part # RP30845 that we already talked about. Reese does not have an add-on to the older Elite hitches that allows them an underbed gooseneck hitch unfortunately.
