Question:
Hello. I am trying to find out which rails I need for a Elite series RP30845 gooseneck hitch. I want above bed rails. Please help me. Thank you.

The Reese Elite # RP30845 isn't compatible with above the bed 5th wheel rails, it's compatible with under bed rails only.
If you have above bed rails, you'd want to use the # HT31368 gooseneck ball you referenced, it will pin to the above bed rails.
Reese offers under bed rail systems for may different trucks. If you'd care to reply with the year, make and model of your truck, I'd be happy to recommend an under bed rail system if one is available.
