Yes! The only 2" trailer hitch available for your 2014 Toyota Prius is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7178. Not only do you benefit from the 2" receiver opening (resulting in more accessories that can be used), but you also get a really clean looking installation as the only visible part of this trailer hitch is the receiver once it is installed.

For a bike rack I recommend the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # SH22B because it can accommodate any bike frame style out there that doesn't use fenders since it uses an arm to secure the front wheel. This rack has an aluminum construction that is rustproof and it comes with locks for both the rack and your bikes. I have attached a review video for you to checkout. If you're looking for something more cost-effective then a popular bike rack among Prius owners is the Swagman XTC-2 # S64670. This is a more simple platform bike rack and it secures bikes by their frame but it still gets the job done. I have attached a review video for this rack as well.
