Question:
There is no choice of concealed receiver hitches for Toyota Sienna 2010, however, there are few more options for Toyota Sienna 2012, including 76112 and C13343. Could you advise please if these two hitches might fit my Sienna 2010 as well? Thank you very much in advance.

I checked with both Curt and Draw-Tite and neither of the trailer hitches you mentioned are a fit for a 2010 Toyota Sienna. You are correct that there are no hitches with a concealed crosstube that fit a '10 Sienna, though both the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13105 that fit your van are recessed under the vehicle quite a bit so they would be pretty difficult to see unless someone was pretty low to the ground.
Of these two the best option is the Draw-Tite # 75237 due to its higher tongue weight capacity (675 lbs to 350 lbs for the Curt) and towing capacity (4,500 lbs compared to 3,500 lbs for the Curt) which speaks to the Draw-Tite's strength and durability.
I have added links to video installs of both hitches on a 2010 Sienna for you to check out.
