Hello my Sundowner vent opening is 14x14 not 14.25”. Would this fit without modifying opening ? Thanks

All trailer roof vents nowadays fit what is referred to as a standard roof vent opening, which is described as "roughly" 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" so the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2110SP-24 might be able to squeeze into a 14" x 14" opening but in reality it is pretty situational as most openings aren't exactly 14" x 14" or 14-1/4" by 14-1/4" because of the minute nature of the measurement. So it is a possibility you will need to trim the opening of your roof ever so slightly to get this - or any other vent that is now available - to fit.
To install you will also need Sealant # 34427034145-1 and locally sourced #8 screws, or you can get an install kit, the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws # 344270KITW. I've added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
