Question:

The hitch receiver hole on this TH9056 is only 3/8inch diameter, making the pin lock I purchased not able to fit in, it is 5/8. Furthermore, I went back onto your website to search for another hitch lock that would fit... was not able to find any, they all seemed to be 5/8inch diameter pins. So is Thule not designed to industry standard? Or am I missing something??

The Thule Camber 4 Bike Rack # TH9056 that you referenced comes with the only hitch pin that should be used with it. It can't be used with standard hitch pins like what you mentioned. This comes with a threaded hitch pin that you thread through the hitch tube and and rack shank which holds the rack tightly to the hitch and prevents movement.

To make this a locking hitch pin you'd then want the part # THSTL2.
