Question:

I bought this bike rack a month ago and the front lever appears to be stripped. When turning the lever to the right, it just spins and never tightens. I take the rack off every weekend and this is the first time it has done this. Two questions: 1. Can I still carry bikes until this is fixed? 2. How do I fix it? Thank you!

For a replacement for this stripped part you can use Replacement Anti-Rattle Bolt and Lever # HRNWLB3X. You can continue to use the rack while you await the replacement part so long as the rack remains solidly installed in your hitch.
