It sounds like you're asking if you need to install a Brake-Lite relay, part # RM-88400, to allow your 2016 Jeep Wrangler's turn signals to flash at the same time your motorhome's are while you're also applying the brakes. From my research you don't need a relay but you can perform a simple check to be sure. Since the Jeep has combined turn and brake lights (They both use the same light) to check to see if you need the relay push the brake pedal down with the Jeep completely off. If the brake lights illuminate then you need the relay. If they don't, then you don't.

With that being said, the Blue Ox bulb and socket kit you referenced, part # BX8869, isn't a confirmed fit on your 2016 Wrangler. You need enough room within the tail light assemblies for the 1 inch diameter and 2 inch long bulb and socket. You might but since none of the bulb and socket kits are confirmed to fit I'm not sure you will. Instead I recommend the Hopkins custom wiring kit, part # HM56200. It's designed specifically for your JK and plugs inline with the tail light wiring. Then it runs to the front of the Jeep where you have a 4-way connector installed. I like this kit because it's guaranteed to fit and, like the bulb and socket kit, doesn't splice into the Jeep's wiring at all. I've linked an installation video for you to take a look at.
