Washer Recommendation for Trailer Spindle that has Flat Tab That Matches Spindle Surface

The axel on my trailer has a washer with a tab bent out of it to hold the nut on instead of a charter key hole and I’m trying to find the replacement kit for it how do I go about it I can’t find any numbers or anything on it

Sounds like your spindle has a tang washer like the part # 5-101 based on what you described. This is a very common washer setup for trailer axles. I attached a picture that shows what it looks like installed as well.
