Does Wire Polarity Matter with Optronics Incandescent Trailer Clearance Light MC32RBB

Both leads are black. Which one is the power lead or does it matter.

Standard incandescent "bulb" lights are not polarity sensitive as some LED lights are so when installing Optronics Incandescent Trailer Clearance Light # MC32RBB it does not matter which pigtail lead you connect to ground or hot.
