Missing Lower Bolt Hole On Lower Bracket for Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 AL88399 On a 2019 Ford F-450

Question:
I just purchased a 2019 F450 Dully, I currently own a set of Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL88399 which your website says fits a 2019 F450, I tried to install mine but the bottom plate tabs where the two holes are for the bracket that secures the air bags from the side around the spring blocks is not long enough, there needs to be a third hole, the bottom hole on the tab hits in the middle of the bottom spring. If you look at the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus it has three holes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

It sounds like you have the old version of the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers part # AL88399 which only has two holes on the lower bracket instead of the one you need with three holes. If you used our site for the fit info and then purchased elsewhere you could very well run into this issue as other manufacturers will keep old stock and may not be aware of this issue but I can confirm if you order from us, you will receive the new lower bracket with three holes which is what you need.
We do however offer this lower bracket separately, the Replacement Lower Bracket for Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springss part # ALL03014.
