Question:
I need a 2/ 1/2 x 2 1/2 shank with more to work with my 2019 Ford F-250 4x4. The top of the hitch receiver is 23 1/2 inch and the height of the trailer hitch is 19 1/2inch at the flange on the bottom of the ball coupler. Im using a EAZ-Lift 1500 lb. weight distributing ball mount with a 2 5/16inch ball. Im hoping I can use the EQ90-02-4900 shank but I dont know if will be low enough? Thanks,

Since weight distribution shanks are made to a common standard you can use any brand of 2-1/2-inch shank with your EAZ-Lift setup.
Based on your dimensions you need a shank that will give you at least 4-inches of drop. The Equal-i-zer shank # EQ90-02-4900 that you referenced should work great since it gives up to 6-inches of drop (and so long as your actual tongue weight (TW) does not exceed its 1600-lb rating). Please refer to the linked photo of this part that has measurements.
If you want a shank with even more drop range Curt offers part # C17132 which allows for drop up to 9-1/4-inches.
