We have a roof rack awning that does fit the factory crossbars of your 2019 Toyota RAV4 as the Yakima SlimShady part # Y36VR but the Rhino Rack Batwing you mentioned requires a roof rack that has top channels so you'd have to add that as well.
You could add the Malone roof rack part # MPG216 to the raised side rails of your roof and you'd be ready to use the Batwing.
