When using air suspension enhancement with a weight distribution system like you mentioned you will want to first decide how much air you want to put in the bags and then set the weight distribution system up after that. This will give you the best overall towing experience. From then on out you'll need to use the same air pressure in the bags when towing and using the system.
I'd start with air pressure that gets you about half-way to level and then use the WD system to finish the leveling so that each system is splitting the tongue weight basically. From there you might tweak to your tastes. I know the Andersen weight distribution systems aren't as ideal for heavier tongue weights like yours so you may end up using more air pressure in them than anticipated.
