Question:
My constant 12v pin on the truck is not hot , how do I make it hit to power aux trailer lights

The first step would be to check your fuses to see if anything has gone bad. Next, if your fuses are good I recommend checking your wiring connection directly behind your 7-way trailer connection. The 1 o'clock pin position in that connector should show power when using a circuit tester like # PTW2993. If it is not hot in that position, then make sure you turn your key to ACC and try again. If that still doesn't work, then you will want to run a new wire using # 10-1-1 and circuit breaker # 9510.
If you have power in the connector that isn't making it to the pin, then use # A10-7072VP as a replacement or if the harness further back shows function the connector and harness # PK11893-11933.
