Will this fit a 2019 E450 Class C? Your website says fits 2018 and drawtite website says up to 2017. Thanks

Yes, the front hitch part # 65053 does fit a 2019 Ford E-450 cutaway RV like what you have. The chassis has been the exact same and won't be changing until 2021 models so it will fit your 2019.
