Comparing the Timbren SES Part TFR350SDJ and Part TFR250SDJ for a Ford F-250/F-250

Question:

What is the differences with the Timbren TFR250SDJ and TFR350SDJ? I was told that you can run either one on the F-350s.

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR350SDJ is correct for your 2017 Ford F-350 whereas the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR250SDJ is for a 2017-2019 Ford F-250. The brackets on both of these systems are the same so you can use one on the other but the F-250 kit has a 4-1/2" tall spring whereas the F-350 kit has a 5-3/16" tall spring. Therefore, the F-250 kit will not engage as soon as the F-350 kit when used on a F-350. The later engagement will equate to more sag.
